SMTA Welcomes New 2021-22 Board Members

The SMTA is pleased to announce its election results for the Global Board of Directors for the term beginning October 4, 2021. Jason Keeping, Celestica, Inc.; Adam Klett, L3Harris Technologies; Cheryl Tulkoff, NI; and Kirk Van Dreel, Plexus Corp., have been newly elected to the Board of Directors.

Those remaining on the SMTA Global Board of Directors include: President, Martin Anselm, Ph.D., Rochester Institute of Technology; VP Expositions, Sal Sparacino, ZESTRON Americas; VP Technical Programs, Julie Silk, Keysight Technologies; VP Membership, Robert Boguski, Datest Corporation; Strategic Development Committee members include William Capen, Honeywell FM&T; Mike Konrad, Aqueous Technologies; Ivan Roman, ROCKA Solutions; and Gregory Vance, Rockwell Automation.

The SMTA bids a fond farewell to departing Treasurer, Robert Kinyanjui, Ph.D., John Deere Electronic Solutions, Inc.; VP Technical Programs, Richard Coyle, Ph.D., Nokia Bell Labs; Strategic Development Committee Chair Bill Cardoso, Ph.D., Creative Electron, Inc.; and committee member, Tim Jensen, Indium Corporation. As their time on the Board draws to a close, the SMTA expresses its sincerest gratitude for their continued service and dedication to the association and industry.
