Zollner Elektronik Acquires Electronic Instrumentation and Technology (EIT) Electronic Manufacturing Services Division

Zollner Market Presence Expanding in the USA

 

ZANDT, GERMANY/LEESBURG, VA, – Zollner Elektronik AG and US-based Electronic Instrumentation & Technology (EIT), are pleased to announce the acquisition of the EIT EMS division (electronic manufacturing services) by Zollner.

The investment in EIT supports Zollner’s strategic focus for expanding operations in the US and strengthens their market presence. With the acquisition, three additional US east coast locations in Salem NH, Leesburg, VA, and Danville, VA are added to the Zollner manufacturing footprint. Both companies have a common customer base, serve similar industries, and are committed to a high-quality standard.
