The head of the STPS explained that the Fiscal Prosecutor’s Office and the Tax Administration Service (SAT) also participate in the strategy to combat outsourcing bad practices in the Private Initiative. These actions are added to the collaboration agreements between the IMSS and the SAT to meet the demands for greater supervision in the subcontracting of workers.

In the face of the first Government Report, she considered that the agency she heads has achieved good results in the first year of the government of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Youth Building the Future (JCF), labor reform and the increase in the minimum wage are the three main achievements, he said.
