Ron Keith’s Covid 19 Update #10: Hubei province is restarting

As some 75+ countries around the world grapple with the impact of daily increasing Coronavirus cases, China is seeing the lowest level of new infections in 7 weeks. In fact, China is now experiencing imported cases of Coronavirus, with 4 new cases over the weekend being attributed to virus carriers coming from outside of China.

Tomorrow morning (March 10th) in China the province of Hubei is coming back on line, which will be a major relief to the world’s automakers and users of specialty alloys. With a total labor force in excess of 29M, Hubei province would be the 21st largest workforce in the world if it were a country, just slightly smaller than the workforce of France.
