Neways enhances its technology position in advanced microelectronics through acquisition of Sencio
Son, the Netherlands – Neways, the global innovator in mission-critical technology for semicon, connectivity and smart mobility sectors, has successfully completed the acquisition of the activities of Sencio, a leading microsystems company based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, that specializes in advanced packaging for smart sensing and actuation applications.
This strategic acquisition further solidifies Neways’ strong position in microelectronics technology. Sencio will continue to operate under the brand Neways Advanced Microsystems and operate out of its current facilitiesin Nijmegen, the Netherlands, where it produces its technology in highly specialized cleanrooms.
