Independent Investment Bankers Corp. Announces the Sale of Silicon Forest Electronics, Inc.

SEATTLE–Independent Investment Bankers Corp. (“IIB”) is pleased to announce that Michael Bennett and Leif Johnson who are FINRA licensed investment bankers with IIB and partners of Liberty Ridge Advisors have assisted their client, Silicon Forest Electronics (SFE), with the merge of their company with ESAM based in Grants Pass, Oregon, and Bay Computer Associates (BCA) out of Cranston, Rhode Island through a stock purchase agreement with VergePointe Capital in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The combined group will be merged into EHC, a holding company.

SFE, headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, provides the aerospace, medical, defense, unmanned systems, and industrial markets with printed circuit board assembly services and box build-system integration services. SFE, a build-to-print contract manufacturer, holds AS9100 and ISO 13485 certifications, and NADCAP accreditation for the process and quality control systems.
