inission eric dieterEMSNOW toured the Inission facility in Tallinn, Estonia in December 2021. Eric and Dieter Weiss spoke with Mr. Rafet Peksen, managing director about the challenges and opportunities he sees going into 2022.  Here are some of his comments:

What impact have the component supply chain shortages had on your business and how are you addressing these?

Supply chain shortages has delayed several projects and we have seen higher prices for components affecting our prices to customers.

We are actively looking into alternative sources to find components to support our manufacturing and customers, Inission group has created sourcing/purchasing group focusing on solving short term component shortages to better support our customers

Other than material supply chain, what are the biggest challenges you face?

Our biggest challenge for 2022 will be to build an organization that can support our growth.

Due to our business growth, we will move to a larger factory, and we are currently modernizing our machines to support higher volumes and better quality going forward.
