EMSNOW and in4ma Announce Fourth ‘On Tour’ Itinerary

Southlake, TX. – EMSNOW and in4ma have announced that for the fourth consecutive year they will be jointly touring and reporting on the EMS industry. This year’s tour is scheduled for May and June 2024 and will include site visits with EMS companies in Tunisia as well as France and Germany and attendance at the in4ma EMS-Forum in Ulm Germany.

EMSNOW and in4ma strive to champion the EMS industry, and direct meetings with EMS companies are key to this.  Eric Miscoll of EMSNOW and Dieter Weiss of in4ma will launch the tour on May 27th in Tunisia and end it on June 7th in Germany

Daily podcasts published on EMSNOW.com will record the insights gained by these two industry experts; written reports, interviews and articles will also be posted in the following months.  Profiles of all EMS companies visited will be made available via EMSNOW subsequent to the tour.

“These visits and discussions with EMS companies are invaluable to our deepening understanding of trends impacting the rapidly evolving global electronics manufacturing industry,” explained EMSNOW Publisher Eric Miscoll. “EMSNOW is the voice of this industry and hearing first-hand about the challenges and opportunities facing EMS companies of all sizes helps us stay in touch. This tour includes Tunisia, an emerging low-cost region supporting the European market. In addition, we will meet with several good-sized EMS companies in France and Germany, which should prove to be very enlightening as well.”

“The EMS industry is in for a bumpy ride in 2024 and it is important to understand how low-cost regions like Tunisia can benefit the European EMS industry,” continued in4ma’s Dieter Weiss.  “We are also the organizers of the EMS Forum in Ulm, Germany which is an event for the German speaking EMS and PCB manufacturers.  These tours and events enable in4ma to better understand and represent the industry, and I thank all the companies who are allowing us to visit them,” he concluded.

EMSNOW wishes to acknowledge this year’s tour sponsors: Cogiscan, Luminovo, Mycronic, and TrustedParts.  Their support allows us to conduct these tours and provide these important insights to the industry.  Please check them out.
