The EMS want to work closely with the customer throughout the product lifecycle. INDIC prefers to engage as a JDM – joint design manufacturing – partner with customers. They may start with manufacturing, but they are able to prove their design value through DfM for existing products, which then wins the next new product design with these existing customers.
