While most Indian EMS providers focus 60-65% on domestic markets, Indic flips the script with 80% of its business serving global customers. This deliberate strategy positions the company uniquely among Asian manufacturers. Indic is now tripling its capacity with a new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to its existing plant, featuring cutting-edge ASMPT technology, AI integration, and stringent ESG compliance.
Perhaps most fascinating is Indic’s workforce philosophy – maintaining an 80% female staff operating on a single shift, with extensive family support infrastructure including dedicated daycare facilities. This people-first approach creates a manufacturing environment unlike the traditional model.
