Revenue reached approximately CNY183 billion(NT$25.7 billion), an increase of over 10% year-on-year
Following an over 10% on-year growth in China’s PCB revenues in the first half of 2025, CPCA Show Plus 2025, hosted by China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA), was held from October 28-30 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center.
The CPCA stated that with AI driving a technological revolution and increasingly being integrated into daily life, China’s PCB manufacturing industry showed strong growth in the first half of 2025. Revenue reached approximately CNY183 billion (NT$25.7 billion), an increase of over 10% year-on-year, driven by released end-market demand and expansion into emerging scenarios, creating key development opportunities for the PCB industry.
More than 300 exhibitors were expected to participate in the CPCA Show Plus 2025, covering the entire PCB manufacturing process, including printed circuit boards, semiconductors, packaging substrates, ceramic substrates, as well as the electronic circuit supply chain and smart manufacturing complete solutions.
The 47th China-Japan Electronic Circuit Autumn Conference and Autumn International PCB Technology/Information Forum will be held concurrently. The main forum will invite experts from the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, AKM Meadville, Chuangxin Era Technology, and Japanese technical experts. Multiple integrated forums will be hosted by Alibaba DAMO Academy, Ldcems, DECO, and SiliconCore Technology, focusing on innovation and development in electronic circuits and semiconductors.
The exhibition will also focus on end-market applications, hosting forums on topics including aerospace development, AI-era advanced packaging, generative AI, automotive high-voltage
module PCB technology, and defense technology collaboration.
The latest exhibitor list shows that CPCA Show Plus 2025 will gather numerous Chinese PCB manufacturers, including Shennan Circuits Company (SCC), Kinwong, Bomin Electronics,
hantou Ultrasonics, JLC Technology, Guangdong Kingshine, Chau Yih Co., and Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Technology. In addition, advanced material and equipment suppliers, ceramic substrates, raw and auxiliary material suppliers, and chemical suppliers such as Ferrotec, Hexcera, Han’s CNC, UCE Group, Schmoll, Burkle Machinery, Circuit Fabology Microelectronic Equipment (CFMEE), Jiangxi Jiangnan New Material Technology, Jinzhou Precision, Guangdong Dtech, Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech, Shanghai Skychem Technology, Nidec, Sumitomo Electric Industries, FANUC, and Atotech will also participate.
So far, end-market demand companies including Cambricon, Huawei, Dyson, HiSilicon, BYD, Sunwoda, Changhong, ZTE, AWS, Omron, and Bosch will also attend the exhibition.
