Pi Innovo introduces versatile engine control OpenECU

Pi Innovo is pleased to announce the availability of the OpenECU M470 electronic control unit capable of supporting up to 8 cylinder engine management on applications ranging from heavy duty diesel to high performance motorsport.
The M470 hardware design is based on the highly successful NIRA i7 series
of ECUs from Nira Control AB. Pi Innovo and Nira Control have collaborated to port the OpenECU Platform Software to the NIRA i7 series. The M470 has a total of 196 connector pins offering conditioned inputs and outputs for a very wide range of sensor and actuator types; and is supplied in an engine mounting, extremely rugged, sealed metal housing with IP67 environmental protection.
