SEHO to Highlight PowerWave N2 at the SMTA Upper Midwest Expo & Tech Forum 2012
Jun 01, 2012
SEHO Systems GmbH, a worldwide leading manufacturer of automated soldering systems and customer-specific solutions, announces that it will highlight the PowerWave N2 at the upcoming SMTA Upper Midwest Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington Hotel in
Bloomington, MN.
The PowerWave N2 is a nitrogen wave soldering system specifically designed for medium- and large-sized production volumes. It is ideally suited for both lead-containing and lead-free processes. The machine is equipped with a closed tunnel system. The special design of the stainless steel tunnel results in low nitrogen consumption, and very high energy efficiency is achieved with the lateral tunnel insulation.
The spray fluxer with HVLP technology (high volume – low pressure) ensures a stable spray jet and a very precise spray pattern, particularly at the outer edges. This features a reproducible fluxing process with remarkably reduced flux consumption.
The flexible preheating zone configuration with an active length of 1800 mm (70.88") enables the system to be adapted to specific production requirements. Up-to-date and innovative wave formers ensure maximum flexibility in the soldering area and high-quality soldering results.
The SEHO PowerWave N2 is equipped with a powerful, programmable microprocessor control. Operation is done via colored touch display with process visualization and interactive user interface.
