Following successful events in South Africa and UK, and looking forward to another next month in Tunisia, Claire joins EMSNow's Philip Stoten to talk about the key elements for an industry event.
They discuss the importance of content, from live production lines to seminar content, as well as connecting companies up and down the supply chain.
Claire outlines their plans for 2013 and 2014 in the UK, with a trio of regional events next year and the co-located main event in Birmingham in 2014.
