INOCART-MSD is a True Solution for Managing Moisture Sensitive Devices

Through its advanced individual cell design, the Inovaxe INOCART-MSD individually manages multiple component reel sizes and waffle trays in a low relative humidity safe storage condition. Included with each multi-award winning INOCART-MSD is the company's revolutionary MSD tracking and timing software solution. This advanced solution continues in the Inovaxe philosophy of inventory control through SINGLE PACKAGE/SINGLE  LOCATION.
 
Available in two configurations, 24 individual cells and 48 individual cells, INOCART-MSD provides users with numerous technological features, including cells that disengage from the centralized "hive" when the door is opened, allowing environmental control to be maintained in all of the other cells. This design feature eliminates factory ambient exposure to all other components in the safe storage condition. The system uses multiple forced convection desiccant drying modules that are capable of reaching very low humidity levels. The multiple drying modules allow for the automatic regeneration (drying) of the desiccant. The low relative humidity levels attained by the INOCART-MSD allow the system to effectively manage MSD levels of 2, 2a, 3, 4, 5 and 5a. The digital display shows temperature and relative humidity percentage within the material handling system.
 
The INOCART-MSD includes software features unavailable with other material handling systems. The MSD tracking software triggers when a package is moved from "safe storage" to "factory ambient" conditions and starts measuring remaining floor life in accordance with its specific MSD level per J-STD-033A. Additional benefits include an on-screen alarm that indicates when a user-defined percentage of floor life is reached. Conversely the tracking software monitors the regeneration of component floor life when moved from "factory ambient" condition to "safe storage." 

Continuing the Inovaxe philosophy of inventory control through single package/single location is the innovative Suitcase-Sized Kit Cart. The system provides non-dedicated, high-density, flexible component package storage and Web-based inventory control. It is designed to replace the complete SMT kiting function for the production floor. The system, in concert with the Web-based software, provides location, inventory accuracy and correct component validation for feeder loading and replenishment.
