ZESTRON to Showcase VIGONR N 501 at the NEPCON South China 2010

Jul 28, 2010

ZESTRON will exhibit the world's first pH-neutral defluxing cleaning agent at the upcoming NEPCON South China held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, China, from August 31st until September 2nd, 2010.

In the past, the electronics manufacturing industry has relied on alkaline cleaning products to remove flux residues.  However, recent studies have shown that pH-neutral defluxing agents offer an excellent alternative while providing the numerous advantages of pH-neutrality.  In some cases, these pH-neutral products perform better than their alkaline counterparts, particularly when removing flux residues under low standoff components.  pH-neutral cleaning agents, such as ZESTRON's revolutionary VIGON® N 501, can significantly reduce effluent volumes and eliminate the need for excessive waste water neutralizations, thus, leading to greener, more cost effective cleaning processes.

VIGON® N 501 is a water-based cleaning agent specifically developed for spray-in-air processes.  Due to its neutral pH-value, the product demonstrates the highest level of compatibility with sensitive materials, such as aluminum, copper, brass, nickel, plastics and labels.  Excellent cleaning results, even under low standoff components, can be achieved with concentration levels of 10-15% and short contact times.

To answer all your questions regarding our innovative product technologies, ZESTRON's Application Technology and Sales Team will be readily available during the NEPCON South China 2010 at booth #2C25.  For more information, please email infoCHINA@zestron.com or infoUSA@zestron.com
