Qual-Pro appoints Richard Fitzgerald as Chief Operating Officer

Qual-Pro announced it has appointed Richard Fitzgerald as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Reporting to Qual-Pro's CEO, Brian Shane, Fitzgerald will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing, engineering, procurement and planning organizations.

Fitzgerald brings more than 20 years of technology and management experience to Qual-Pro.

"Having someone of Rich's caliber join our talented manufacturing team will help us continue to deliver quality products faster and at lower cost."
Fitzgerald brings with him a wealth of industry experience. He most recently was CEO of Team Precision, a Thailand-based Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider with 1,400 employees and operations on three continents. Before Team Precision, Rich was the Global Vice President of Operations for CTS Corporation, a $700 million EMS provider. In that capacity, he managed 1,750 people across nine facilities. Rich has also held operations and manufacturing positions at Cal Amp and Intel. Rich spent 12 years serving the United States in the Marine Corps.
