What’s New in Electronics – the industry hub for everything electronics - launching in July

May 26, 2016

The team behind this new portal have been embedded in the electronics industry for many decades now and are passionate about promoting and supporting UK Electronics both Nationally and Internationally.  What’s New in Electronics aim is to bring information to industry through a singular and concise platform.

The site will also promote the forthcoming and rebranded National Electronics Week Expo now titled What’s New in Electronics Live. The exhibition website will form a key part of the portal and the event will run from 9th – 10th May 2017 back at The NEC, Birmingham.

So what else will this website offer?

Industry Listings – offering a platform for companies to source new suppliers and products.  Company listings will be categorised into 4 key industry sectors and placing a standard listing is free with the option to upgrade and add full company details.

News Feeds – What’s New in Electronics will stream key news feeds from industry keeping you informed of the latest products, innovations and trends.

Recruitment - our job match making service will enable companies to post available positions and allow individuals seeking new opportunities to post their CV's with a level of privacy.  We will help match suitable candidates and pass relevant information onto both parties.

Newsletters – What’s New in Electronics will send out a monthly newsletter to you with updates and news to keep you updated on the latest industry trends. 

Training -   the site will post information on training opportunities and courses available for those wishing to pursue a career in electronics or further develop their skills.

News - Guest editors will provide their insight on the latest trends affecting our industry and key speakers will bring their unique knowledge to the site. What’s New In Electronics will be working with leading trade magazines,  associations and other key industry bodies to bring the latest news directly to the site.

The Library – This area will be contain several sections.  The first will be a dedicated area where industry publications can invite visitors to see their latest issues online and sign up to their updates, the second area will host white papers and technical information from industry specialists – some may be available as complimentary reading, others may require a subscription or fee to view.

Webinars – What’s New In Electronics will promote and sign up attendees to join your companies webinar – supply us with a bio and even a short video to widen your reach of attendees.
Exporting - What’s New In Electronics will be hosting the latest news from Electronic Exporters Group (EEG), CEMA, SCS Exhibitions and UK Trade & Investment on a variety of exporting opportunities including access to Government schemes that provide grants to new exporters.  The site will also list all relevant international Electronics events that you may want to visit.

You can sign up as an individual and be kept updated with everything electronics in one place.  This website has been designed as a tool for you to source products, services and information on current industry news and trends.  We will keep you informed of updates via social media as well as our newsletters.
