Adapting for survival - TMRC Conference now open to non-members

A new opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge and network with your supply chain is now available.  Until now, IPC's Technology Market Research Council (TMRC) conferences have been open only to TMRC members.  The TMRC Steering Committee met this week and agreed to open its conferences to non-members.  You are invited to attend the Fall TMRC Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida, on October 19-20, 2005.

Many companies in our industry in North America are in survival mode, but some are continuing to grow and compete globally despite the challenges.  Attend the conference and find out how they're doing it, what pitfalls to avoid, what's driving growth in certain niche markets, and what OEMs will be looking for from their suppliers in the near future.  Here are some of the highlights:

-- CEO Paul Plante will offer a candid account of what led to Reptron's bankruptcy filing and how they are turning around.
-- Top executives of several smaller North American companies that are notable for their success will share their strategies for staying on top.
-- The fastest-growing niche markets, including flexible circuits, will be discussed in terms of the opportunities and challenges they offer.
-- Economic and market forecasts will prepare you for economic changes ahead.
