Quanta Display issues bonds to finance 6G TFT LCD plant

Quanta Display has completed the pricing on its 400 million-share NT$6 billion domestic convertible bond (CB) issue, which is expected to raise NT$12.2 billion in new capital for the company to finance its sixth-generation (6G) TFT LCD plant, according to sources at the LCD panel maker and the lead underwriter KGI Securities. full story - http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20050705AA059.html
