Indium to feature Pb-Free materials at SMTA shows

Indium Corporation will be exhibiting their Pb-Free Electronic Assembly Materials at two SMTA shows - the West Penn show on August 5th at the Regional Learning Center in Pittsburgh, PA and the Capital show on September 7th at Johns Hopkins University in Laurel, MA. 
 
Indium's exhibit will feature the most advanced technologies in Pb-Free electronic assembly materials, including solder paste, fluxes, solder fabrications, and rework materials.  Technical support engineers, experienced in Pb-Free implementation, will also be available to offer assistance and answer questions from individuals who are implementing Pb-Free assembly at their facilities.
