Acquisitions and consolidations set to enhance capacity Specialty coating provider InteliCoat Technologies has announced it has begun streamlining its North American operations, and believe that recent company acquisitions, combined with the consolidating of production capacity in fewer plants will enhance overall efficiency and strengthen their competitive position. Over the next six months, production at the company's Spartanburg, S.C. plant will be phased out and assumed by other InteliCoat coating facilities.
