Solectron class action

Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, on behalf of all persons who purchased the securities of Solectron Corporation ("Solectron" or the "Company") (NYSE: SLR) between September 17, 2001 and September 26, 2002, inclusive, (the "Class Period") against defendants Solectron and certain officers and directors of the Company.The case name is Roberts v.
