Adrian Low, Technical Engineer for Indium Corporation, is the 9th engineer at Indium Corporation to receive certification by the SMTA, giving Indium Corporation the largest SMTA-Certified engineering staff in the industry. Adrian is located in Singapore and joins an esteemed group at Indium Corporation which includes Ronald C. Lasky, PhD and Senior Technologist; Tim Jensen, Pb-Free Product Manager; Karl Pfluke, Regional Sales Manager (USA); Kelvin Ho, Technical Manager (Singapore); Karthik Vijayamadhavan, Technical Support Engineer (USA); Ivan Castellanos, Technical Support Engineer (Mexico); David Sbiroli, Senior Technical Support Engineer (USA); Sehar Samiappan, Technical Engineer (Malaysia). In addition to providing on-site support and consultations for Pb-Free evaluations and implementations, Indium's SMTA-certified engineers provide advice on alloy selection and applications, solder properties, flux and alloy compatibility and selection of solder fabrications.
