Promation Inc. has developed a new end-to-end transfer conveyor that will allow the company to offer this solution to end users at up to a 30 percent cost savings. The ASC-700 is available in 500 and 800mm lengths to meet most interconnecting requirements. Equipped with a retractable hand crank for width adjustment, the station is capable of handling PCBs ranging in width from 50 (2") up to 450 mm (17.7"). An embedded controller provides reliable end-to-end transfer through standard SMEMA (1.2) communication ports. This new sleek design also includes Promation's "Easy Roll" wheels with levelling feet (making installation a breeze) and a complete wrap around enclosure.
