Indium Corporation will be located at booth #6018 and will feature the latest Pb-Free assembly materials, including solder paste, fluxes, solder fabrications, and rework materials. Technical support engineers, experienced in Pb-Free implementation, will also be available to offer assistance and answer questions for individuals who are implementing Pb-Free assembly at their facilities.
