EMS innovator Lightspeed Manufacturing will show off its new capabilities in lead-free BGA rework in Booth#2032 at the NEPCON East/Electro and Assembly East event. The co-located manufacturing shows will take place May 4 & 5 at the new Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
