Atotech to exhibit at CPCA Show 2003

New products to be unveiled PCB production manufacturer Atotech will present several new products targeted to meet current technology challenges for PCB manufacturers at the CPCA Show 2003. These include Aurotech HP, a new ENIG process developed specifically for the high corrosion resistance requirements of mobile handset manufacturers, a new type of oxide replacement; Secure HTg, which provides a chemical bond for laminate, and a new electroless copper system, the development of which was focused on enhancing electroless copper adhesion especially for high performance base materials.
