PRISM conformal coating system at Nepcon Brighton

Ultrasonic Systems, Inc. will display the PRISM 450 Ultra-Coat System at the Nepcon Brighton show Booth G420 and G510, at the Altus Group booth, its UK distributor. This Prism 450 system features dual-mode ultrasonic spray head and micro line digital dispensing to apply conformal coatings. Visitors can pick up coated boards during show hours. USI's patented nozzle-less spray technology with integrated liquid delivery system (ILDS) employs ultrasonic energy to produce the spray and a directed air stream to focus the pattern. The CAT 35 ILDS Spray Head applies a thin, uniform coating to selected areas of a printed circuit board.
