Sybase taps Synapse SE as partner

Synapse SE has announced that the company has been tapped by enterprise/mobile database software powerhouse, Sybase, to provide supplemental national consulting services for enterprise data storage, replication, and archival client projects.

This initiative is targeted at corporate environments looking to leverage a structured approach to the implementation, architecture, and management of Sybase products including Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, Sybase Replication Server, Sybase IQ, Sybase SQL Anywhere, and the newest Sybase creation, Dynamic Archive. These target organizations typically meet with escalating data storage requirements and exponential growth in users needing direct, real-time access to live and historical data.

"We have been looking to build out our consultative practice groups to include the Database Technologies category. After careful consideration of the market, key players, and our goals as a business, we were, and wanted to be, tapped by Sybase to round out that focus area," said a Synapse SE spokesperson.
