X-Line Asset Management to showcase innovative webcast auction technology

X-Line Asset Management, a provider of disposition and auction services, has announced plans for a series of quarterly online auctions in 2005. X-Line aligns itself with SMT, PCB, and Semiconductor manufacturers to buy, sell, and value idle equipment. The company announced it will utilize its innovative online auction technology to attain high value for the liquidation of various customers' equipment assets. On April 27, 2005 X-Line will liquidate a complete Printed Circuit Board (PCB) facility in Silicon Valley including late model PCB fabrication equipment on behalf of Proto Engineering. Also included in this auction are a variety of general facility support equipment in good condition. This auction will be conducted in conjunction with The Branford Group. X-line announced that on May 4-5, 2005 it will conduct an online auction for an electronic telecom manufacturing facility in Genoa, Illinois. This former AG Communications facility will have valuable assets up for auction including SMT, Coil Winding, ETM, Thick Film Printing, and machine tools. X-Line Asset Management also announced a series of High-Technology Manufacturing Exchanges taking place in 2005 with the launch of an initial exchange on May 25th, 2005. An exchange is an auction which combines surplus assets from multiple companies for sale to a large, global audience.
