Taconic to exhibit at MTT-S 2005 - Booth #635
Apr 13, 2005
In addition to its full line of PTFE substrate materials for microwave & RF applications, Taconic will be displaying its newest product at the IEEE MTT-S 2005 International Microwave Symposium in Long Beach, CA, June 14th - 16th. The company will be highlighting Taclamplus, an exceptionally low loss, laser-ablatable substrate material used for automotive radars, mm-wave radios, power amplifiers, and chip packaging. Taclamplus - Taclamplus is a non-reinforced PTFE microwave substrate currently available with a dielectric constant of 2.17. It is available in thin dielectrics (0.002") to minimize PTH attenuation at high frequencies. In addition, Taclamplus is manufactured with micro-thin, low roughness copper-foils for precision-etched MW printed components. As with all of Taconic's traditional products, Taclamplus is a bromine-free material, and therefore RoHS compliant.
