FormFactor names Harvey A. Wagner to its Board of Directors

FormFactor, Inc. has announced the election of Harvey A. Wagner to the Company's board of directors and as the Chair of the Audit Committee. As the fifth outside director on the company's seven-member board, Mr. Wagner strengthens FormFactor's policy of board independence. Mr. Wagner, 64, has over 35 years of broad financial and general management experience in Fortune 500 companies as well as emerging, multi-national high-technology companies. He currently is President and Chief Executive Officer of Quovadx, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed global software and services firm, and has served as a director of Quovadx since April 2004. Dr. William H. Davidow, FormFactor's Chairman of the Board of Directors, commented on the Wagner appointment, "Harvey has a track record of improving profitability, managing growth and implementing strategic business planning. He brings valuable accounting and business acumen to the FormFactor Board and Audit Committee, and will play an important role as the Company moves into its next stages of growth."
