Sanmina-SCI Announces Final Results of Tender Offer for Zero Coupon Convertible Subordinated Debentures Due 2020

Sanmina-SCI Corporation announced final results of its previously announced tender offer for up to $735,632,000 aggregate principal amount at maturity of its outstanding Zero Coupon Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2020 (the "Debentures"). The tender offer expired at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on Friday, March 18, 2005. Sanmina-SCI accepted $735,629,000 aggregate principal amount at maturity of the Debentures that were validly tendered in response to the tender offer, representing approximately 64.3% of the total outstanding Debentures.
