The crystal glass award was presented by SMT Magazine's Publisher John Bubello to David Torp during a Tuesday, February 22 ceremony that took place at the Hilton in Anaheim, CA. Kester's EM907 No-Clean Lead-Free Solder Paste is designed to exceed customers' expectations for high-yield lead-free manufacturing. EM907 is a newly engineered product specifically for the higher thermal demands of assembling with higher melting temperature lead-free alloys, such as the family of SnAgCu (SAC) alloys.
