Taiwan PCB makers under rapidly increasing cost pressures to meet environment protection regulations

Taiwan players said that almost 80% of industry players have migrated to a lead-free process. But only 20% of upstream component makers have migrated to halogen-free processes and costs may rapidly rocket by 20-80% to complete the migration.
