PCB maker Chant World aiming to turn profitable in 2005

Chant World International expects to become profitable this year, in contrast to its 2004 loss. The PCB supplier said it has been focusing on improving yields for its HDI PCB production line, since its new management began operations in October. In addition, Chant World plans to expand its PCB production lines for a variety of applications, in 2005, including the manufacture of PCBs for use in backplanes and base stations. Chant World will also offer server-use multi-layer boards (MLBs) and flexible PCBs.
