Tapco signs letter of intent to purchase EIS Circuit Supply

Tapco Associates has signed a letter of intent to purchase the Circuit Supply Division of EIS, a national distributor of materials to the printed circuit board industry. The purchase of EIS Circuit Supply is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2005.
