Express Circuits Ltd, a leading UK Printed Circuit Board manufacturer, is pleased to announce its first 0.3mm pitch Bga, Load Board. The 3.2 mm thick 6 layer board was made using a sequential build and (capped) via in pad technology, while still maintaining a 50 micron planer flat surface. Manufactured at its newly expanded premises (Total 18000 sq ft) Express Circuits Ltd, Coleshill, Birmingham, also celebrates 15 years in the printed circuit board industry, by supplying to the worlds electronics industry Flex-rigid and VHD interconnect PCBs.
