AVANTEC develops new VOC-free flux for lead-free soldering

AVANTEC has developed the ECOFREC 303 to fit to new requirement of lead-free wave soldering. Its unique formulation withstands perfectly the high temperature of lead-free wave. It gives excellent soldering even at high conveyor speeds, up to 7 ft/minute. ECOFREC 303 is rosin-free and doesn't leave residues after reflow. Wave solder flux ECOFREC 303 is suited to wave soldering of surface-mount, mixed-technology and through-hole electronic assemblies. Today it is used successfully to solder several mass production electronics devices in American, Europe and Asia.
