AT&S reorganises its communications department

AT&S Austria Technologie und Systemtechnik AG has appointed René Berger, former Investor Relations Manager at AT&S, as its company spokesman.

René Berger will manage AT&S's communications department and will be responsible from now on for Public Relations, Investor Relations and, in addition, for in-house communications from April 2005.

The communications department, which has to date been divided into three areas, will be reorganised as a result in order to keep pace with AT&S's growth in the international arena.

René Berger studied law in France at the University of Strasbourg and specialized in European Law in his post-graduate studies. He also took a doctorate from the University of Vienna. Prior to this, René Berger was employed as a project manager and scientific officer at the Europaforum in Vienna.
