Indium Corporation of America will present a hands-on Pb-Free Training program on December 7-9, 2004 in Philadelphia, PA. The workshop will be hosted by American Competitiveness Institute (ACI) and will feature practical "hands on" production experience by world-class instructors, accompanied by classroom training. The training will cover all issues of Pb-Free electronics assembly, including inspection, rework & repair, PWB finished, components, alloys, SMT processes, and global regulations.
