Nordson declares Q1 2005 dividend

Schedules date for annual shareholders' meeting Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) announced that its board of directors has declared a first quarter 2005 cash dividend in the amount of $0.16 per common share, payable on Jan. 4, 2005 to shareholders of record on Dec. 15, 2004.
In addition, the board of directors has scheduled February 22, 2005 as the date for Nordson's 2005 annual shareholders' meeting.
