AMCC presents Teradyne with technology and innovation award

Teradyne selected for "continued technical support" Silicon solutions provider AMCC has presented Teradyne with the 2002 AMCC "Super Supplier Award" for Technology and Innovation in the Manufacturing Materials and Engineering category. AMCC utilizes Teradyne's Catalyst and supports new device test requirements with Teradyne's Tiger platform at their San Diego test floor facility and design centers in Sunnyvale and Israel.
