SMART Group European Conference dedicated to lead-free

The 6th biennial SMART Group European Conference is to be held in Brighton, on 16-18 November 2004, and will give attendees the unique opportunity to spend 2 days at a world-class event that includes a choice of nine workshops and three focus presentations.
 
Kicking off the whole event is 'Question Time' a lead-free ask the experts special. The whole conference is being given over to lead-free topics and promises to offer value for money with many worldwide experts present. Especially interesting will be world-renowned Phil Zarrow from ITM Consulting, USA, one of two keynote speakers. Phil will present  'The real cost of going lead-free SMT manufacturing'.

The other keynote speaker is well respected Mark Hutton from BPA Consulting, Mark will present  'Future worldwide demand for electronic systems & components'.

A reception and gala dinner will be held on Wednesday evening, 17th November 2004 where Liam Murphy, Process and Product Development Manager at EADS Astrium in Portsmouth will give a short informal talk after the conference dinner on 'Challenges of manufacturing electronics for space'

There will also be a table-top exhibition and a SMART Group bookstall.  The standard package to attend ALL events and two nights accommodation at the conference hotel is £535 for SMART Group members and £635 non-members.
