Effective cleaning of PumpPrint stencils

For the cleaning of PumpPrint stencils, certain aspects have to be considered. Due to the thickness and complex geometry of PumpPrint stencils, repeatable and good cleaning results can only be achieved with an automated cleaning process using an appropriate cleaning agent. ZESTRON has tested all available adhesive materials for removability from leading manufacturers and is able to provide various cleaning agents for the effective cleaning of PumpPrint stencils. During the extensive trials, the cleaning time of all cleaning agents ranged between 10 and 30 minutes depending on the thickness and geometry of the PumpPrint stencils and the types of adhesive used. All cleaning agents have shown excellent cleaning results and compatibility with the polymer stencil and adhesive systems.
