Kyzen to exhibit AQUANOX A4520 at IMAPS

Kyzen Corporation has announced that it will premier AQUANOX A4520 at Booth 827 during the upcoming IMAPS exhibition and conference, scheduled for November 14-18, 2004, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, USA.

AQUANOX A4520 is designed for reflowed no-clean flux residues, and has been tested on over 100 leading solder pastes, tacky fluxes and wave solder fluxes. Additionally, it is effective on reflowed solder paste as well as uncured SMD solder adhesives.
