Sep 09, 2004
Kyzen Corporation has announced that it will premier AQUANOX A4520 at Booth 827 during the upcoming IMAPS exhibition and conference, scheduled for November 14-18, 2004, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, USA.
AQUANOX A4520 is designed for reflowed no-clean flux residues, and has been tested on over 100 leading solder pastes, tacky fluxes and wave solder fluxes. Additionally, it is effective on reflowed solder paste as well as uncured SMD solder adhesives.
It is a non-hazardous, non-regulated environmentally safe aqueous cleaner. Key benefits include that it is extremely effective on solder joints and shows no negative effect, even after multiple passes through the cleaning process. A4520 features state-of-the-art inhibition technology that protects solder joint/bumps from oxidation, providing a brilliant finish after cleaning.
AQUANOX is a concentrated cleaning solvent designed for aqueous batch or in-line spray machines, and is said to be the only cleaning agent to be subjected to thorough screening of leading solder pastes prior to release.
Impressive cleanliness scores, excellent material and solder joint compatability as well as effectiveness on adhesives makes AQUANOX A4520 a truly innovative cleaning agent.
