Cypress CEO to Address Schwab Soundview Semiconductor Conference

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. announced that T.J. Rodgers, President and CEO, will address the Schwab Soundview Semiconductor Conference, to be held at Pan Pacific Hotel in San Francisco, Calif., from August 11-12, 2004.
Rodgers' presentation is scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 12 at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time during which he will discuss Cypress's financial and strategic outlook. A webcast of Rodgers' presentation will be available live and on-demand through www.cypress.com/investors. The webcast will be archived for two weeks following the conference. This year, the Schwab Soundview Semiconductor Conference will feature a diverse group of industry leaders from high-tech growth semiconductor companies. Representatives from over 30 firms have been invited to present.
