New pump technology from Contax

Independent automated production systems' specialist, Contax Ltd, is announcing the UK availability of the new MPM MaxiMiser Pump technology.  This new patented design* provides significant materials savings whilst reducing the down-time associated with product changeover. 

The new MPM MaxiMiser Pump offers a completely unique approach to paste management.  It features a smaller paste chamber that reduces material waste and compaction, and disposable inserts for easy cleaning and maintenance, so ensuring that down-time is kept to a minimum.

Proximity membrane sensors and direct pressure control ensures that the paste is deposited with total accuracy, so eliminating waste and providing an ideal solution for ‘paste in hole' applications.

The MPM MaxiMiser Pump uses standard paste cartridges and pressurised stencil printing technology to provide the highest quality results.  It includes a disposable, quick-change blade system and is compatible with MPM AP Excel and UltraPrint 2000 systems.
