Endicott Interconnect Technologies, Inc. announces new organizational structure

Endicott Interconnect announced that it is creating separate business units aligned with its major product lines to better serve its customer base. 

The business units will include Printed Wiring Board Products, Semiconductor Packaging Products, Complex Electronic Assembly, Electro-Mechanical Equipment and Precision Machining, Research and Development, and SureScan™.  The new structure will allow the business to focus clearly on the unique dynamics of the individual markets and products.

The leadership for these new business units  are as follows:

Mr. Michael Hills is appointed Senior Vice President of the PWB and Semiconductor Packaging business units.  Reporting to Mike is Mr. Amar Rai, General Manager for the PWB business unit, and Mr. Jeff Knight, General Manager for the Semiconductor Packaging business unit.

In support of the new business unit structure and realignment, EI is simultaneously realigning their sales force from a regional focus to a market/industry focus to better position themselves for current and future opportunities.  Accordingly, Mr. Jay Desai, Vice President of Sales will report to Mike Hills.  The new sales structure will allow customers to enjoy greater synergy across multiple locations nationwide while providing greater sales expertise in their individual businesses.

Mr. Wade Phelan is appointed General Manager, Complex Electronic Assembly,  Mr. John Jantz is appointed General Manager, Electro-Mechanical Equipment and Precision Machining,  Mr. Voya Markovich is appointed Chief Technology Officer and General Manager for Research, Development and Intellectual Property, and Ms. LeeAnn Levesque continues with her responsibility as General Manager of the SureScan business unit.

Mr. Jim Fuller is appointed Vice President, Business Development,

Mr. Brad Van Brunt continues his responsibilities as Vice President of Quality,

Mr. Jim Sullivan continues as Vice President of Human Resources, and

Mr. Mike Arp continues his role as Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Steve Liedtke is appointed Chief Information Officer and will report to Mike Arp.

Mike Hills, Wade Phelan, John Jantz, Voya Markovich, LeeAnn Levesque, Mike Arp, Jim Sullivan, Brad Van Brunt, and Jim Fuller will report to Jay McNamara, President & CEO.
